Glenda - Registered Dental Hygienist

Glenda is a seasoned Dental Hygienist with a genuine passion for patient care and connection. Known for her warm personality and dedication to building lasting relationships, she finds joy in not only improving smiles but also making lifelong friends along the way. She feels truly blessed to be part of Dr. Countryman’s team, where she continues to make a meaningful impact every day.

Married to her first-grade “boyfriend,” the two grew up together in the same hometown and now share a life filled with love, laughter, and shared memories. Outside of work, she enjoys playing pickleball, entertaining friends, and traveling.

Deeply rooted in her faith, she is also active in her church community and finds encouragement and fellowship through regular Bible study with like-minded friends. Her life is a reflection of her values—faith, friendship, service, and a genuine love for people.

Brenda - Registered Dental Hygienist

Brenda is a dedicated Dental Hygienist with over 30 years of experience, known for her compassionate care and unwavering commitment to her patients’ well-being. She treats each individual like family, combining clinical expertise with a personal touch that puts patients at ease. Brenda’s passion for creating healthy, radiant smiles is evident in the way she educates and empowers patients to take charge of their oral health.

Outside the dental office, Brenda shares a full and joyful life with her husband—her lifelong love—and their blended family of six grown children. She is actively involved in her community through Lakepointe Church, where she finds purpose and fulfillment in service. In her free time, Brenda enjoys traveling and exploring the outdoors with her husband and their beloved Great Pyrenees, Leo.

Brenda’s warm, engaging presence and dedication to both her profession and her community make her a valued and trusted member of the dental team.

Jessica - Registered Dental Assistant

Born in Washington, D.C., Jessica is a proud mother of four—two daughters and two sons—who are her greatest source of joy and motivation. With over 14 years of experience in the dental field, she has cultivated a strong passion for her work, particularly in building meaningful connections with patients. Jessica is known for her warm, compassionate approach and her commitment to ensuring each patient experience is met with confidence, care, and a personal touch.
Outside of the dental office, Jessica is a nature enthusiast who finds peace and inspiration in the great outdoors. Whether she's hiking, discovering new trails, or simply enjoying the serenity of nature, she embraces every moment. A true adventurer at heart, she also has a deep love for food and enjoys exploring new restaurants and cuisines as a proud, self-proclaimed foodie.

Jessica’s dedication to dentistry and her genuine love for people are evident in everything she does. Her ability to blend professional excellence with a vibrant, joy-filled life makes her not only a valued member of any dental team but also someone who deeply appreciates the simple pleasures and meaningful connections in life.

Hilda - Registered Dental Assistant

With over 40 years of experience in the dental field, Hilda Alonzo is a highly respected and dedicated Registered Dental Assistant. She is known for her professionalism, compassion, and exceptional attention to detail. From offering cozy pillows and blankets to playing soothing spa music and providing warm towelettes, Hilda goes above and beyond to ensure every patient feels truly cared for and at ease during their visit.
When she’s not pampering patients, Hilda plays an essential role in supporting the dental team, contributing to a smooth and welcoming clinical environment.

Outside of work, Hilda finds joy in balancing her fulfilling career with caring for and supporting her beloved family.

Lindsay - Treatment Coordinator

Lindsay is our dedicated Treatment Coordinator, bringing over 16 years of experience in the dental field. She began her career as a Dental and Surgical Assistant before transitioning to the front office, where she has mastered every role and remains ready to assist wherever she’s needed. Her extensive knowledge and genuine passion for patient care make her an invaluable part of our team. Whether she’s explaining treatment plans, navigating insurance questions, or simply helping patients feel at ease, Lindsay approaches every interaction with professionalism and compassion.
Lindsay lives in Wylie with her husband of 18 years and their two daughters, who keep her on her toes with cheer, gymnastics, soccer, and volleyball. When she’s not at the office or cheering from the sidelines, she enjoys cooking, crafting, reading, watching sports, and playing both golf and disc golf. Most of all, she loves spending quality time with her family.

Emily - Office Manager

Emily is our cherished Office Manager, bringing over 30 years of experience in the dental field. With a unique blend of clinical and administrative expertise, she has developed a comprehensive understanding of both patient care and office operations. Emily’s passion for dentistry shines through in her dedication to supporting the team, putting patients at ease, and ensuring the practice runs seamlessly every day.

Outside the office, Emily treasures spending quality time with her husband, her son and daughter-in-law, and her nearly two-year-old grandson. A devoted animal lover, she also runs CAMO, a nonprofit dog rescue organization, where she is committed to saving and rehoming dogs in need.

Michelle - Practice Outreach Coordinator

Michelle serves as our Practice Outreach Coordinator, where she blends her extensive nursing expertise with a creative flair to support both our team and the patients we serve. From spearheading marketing initiatives to managing special projects, Michelle plays a key role in enhancing the practice’s day-to-day operations. Her passion for people and attention to detail help ensure our office remains a warm, welcoming space for everyone who walks through the door.

Outside the office, Michelle is a proud wife and dedicated mother to five active children, whose lives are filled with sports and extracurricular activities. She finds great joy in supporting and cheering them on. In her free time, Michelle is actively involved in her church and community, enjoys traveling with her family, and is always seeking ways to build meaningful connections wherever life takes her.

Alysa - Digital Content Coordinator

Alysa is our Digital Content Coordinator and a current Dental Hygiene student. She enjoys blending her interest in oral health with her creative side, using digital content to connect with others and share meaningful projects.

Outside of school, Alysa enjoys spending time with family and friends, traveling, and staying active in her church. She has a passion for helping animals, a soft spot for anything with four legs, and loves building relationships while finding meaningful ways to make a positive impact.
