How does the Silent Nite® Sleep Appliance work?

It works by moving the lower jaw forward during sleep, which helps keep the airway from collapsing. The appliance includes extra connectors and an AM Aligner, which helps guide the jaw back in the morning. We use this option for snoring and mild to moderate sleep apnea.

Am I a good candidate for a sleep appliance?

Most people with snoring or mild to moderate sleep apnea are worth evaluating for this treatment. During your visit, we look at your bite and your sleep concerns before recommending next steps. If a different approach is more appropriate, we will explain that clearly.

What is included with the Silent Nite® appliance?

Thank You! My old tooth had fallen apart Sunday evening and was scratching my tongue more raw every time I would swallow, eat and especially, talk! This was causing a huge amount of pain on my tongue and I could feel it getting worse!
